    fresh spinach leaves/ chopped fine
    sm zuchini/ diced
    med cucumber/ diced
    red onion/diced
    bell pepper colors of your choice/ diced
    whole wheat rotini noodles 1 box


cook noodles according to directions
put spinach in large bowl and add hot noodles toss well and allow to cool

sea salt and fresh ground pepper may be added as well

add everything else to cooled noodles and toss well, chill and enjoy
