    1 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1/2 cup Dannon Fat Free plain yogurt
    1/3 cup 1% milk
    1/3 cup Helman's Real Mayonnaise
    1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix


Place f/f yogurt in a coffee filter and drain over a colander until yogurt is the consistancy of cheese (1-2 hours). Place cottage cheese in food processor fitted with a steel blade and process for one minute or until all lumps are smooth. Add yogurt cheese, milk and mayo. Mix until smooth. Add dressing mix and pulse until well blended. Pour into a jar and refrigerate for a couple of hours before using. Makes a nice thick salad dressing or dip for veggies. Makes 16 servings 2T each.
You must use a fat free yogurt such as Dannon which does not contain gelatin for the whey to separate from the solids and make 'yogurt cheese'.
