    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breasts, bone and skin removed
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 4 cups, cooked
    *Sam's Choice mild Southwest Black Bean & White Corn Salsa, 1 jar or 2 3/4 cups


Cook rice and place in oven safe baking dish. Place chicken breasts over rice and cover with salsa. Bake at 350 degrees for :30.
