Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can cream of chicken of chicken soup 98% fat free
    1 1/3 water
    3/4 cups of uncooked white long grain rice
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
    2 cups of mixed vegetables
    10 2 oz boneless chicken breast
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetable in 11x8" (2qt.) shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. season as desired. cover. bake at 375 for 50 minutes. or until chicken and rice are done. top with cheese. let casserole stand for 10 mins. stir rice before serving. yield!! makes 10 servings!!
