Ingredients

4 Tbsp Butter - Melted
1/2 C Honey
2 eggs - beaten
1 C banana - mashed
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 C walnuts - chopped (optional)
1 3/4 C Pamela's GF Pancake and Baking Mix
Directions
Beat together butter, honey, eggs and banana. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Pour into a large, greased loaf pan. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for one hour, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
