    28 oz. round steak
    640 g. potatoes
    13 oz. sliced carrots
    2 cans petite diced tomatoes
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    6 hard boiled eggs
    salt & pepper
    3 tbsp. olive oil


In a skillet brown round steak, cut into 6 equal portions.

Add onion, potatoes, carrots, and 2 cups water. Cook until potatoes and carrots are tender.

Add sliced hard boiled eggs, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and mushrooms. Simmer for 20 min.

Serving size is 4 oz. beef, 2 oz. carrots, 106 g. potatoes, 1 hard boiled egg, and 1/6th of sauce.
