    8 oz Norman's 0.5% cream chees
    1 egg
    2 tbs semolina
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tbs sugar


bring water to a boil
form small balls of the cheese and semolina mixture
when water boiled place balls of mixture in water until they rise to the surface
when cheese balls rise to the surface of boiling water take them out
spread sugar or dip in jam
