Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/4 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    1 C Frozen spinach - Thawed
    1 egg
    1/4 small yellow onion, minced
    1/2 C Oats
    1/2 C Ketcup - divided
    1 TBS Stone ground mustard or yellow
    1 TBS Brown sugar
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix turkey, oats, egg, 1/2 the ketchup, minced onion, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Form into the shape of a loaf of bread. Place in baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven; pour of any liquid. In a bowl mix the brown sugar, mustard and other 1/2 of ketchup you reserved earlier. Top the meatloat with the mixture. Return to oven and cook until safe internal temperature is reached. Server 6. Enjoy!
