Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Amylu andouille sausages
    2 bell peppers(red, orange, or yellow)
    1 yellow onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    3 tbsp EVOO


Directions

Prepare sausage, onion and peppers by cutting into bite sized strips.

Boil water and add rotini pasta. Cook until done according to package directions. Drain well.

Add sausage, peppers and onion to sautee pan with olive oil, garlic and pepper. Cook until peppers and onions are done (Amylu sausage is precooked).

Add contents of sautee pan to drained pasta and serve.

Serves 8.
