Quick Drinkable Breakfast on the Run Quick Drinkable Breakfast on the Run
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3/4 cup Hazelnut milk (can use milk, or milk substitute)
    3/4 cup 2% milk (can use milk, or milk substitute)
    1 cup ice
    1/3 cup frozen raspberries (blueberries or blackberries)
    1 serving of latte flavored protein powder (I use Shaklee, but any protein powder will work)

    Add ingredients into blender
    Pour into 24 oz glass and ENJOY!

Makes 1 meal shake!
