    Fat free natural yogurt
    Beetroot (cooked)
    Dill weed
    Spring Onions
    Onions, raw, 1 medium


Grate precooked beetroot, chop cucumber, onions, spring onions and dill. Mix milk with yogurt and pour it over vegetables. Add salt, freshly ground black pepper and stir well. Should come out as thick soup (if seems too thick, just add some more milk). Put soup in a fridge for half an hour. Best served with boiled potatoes.
