Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. Perdue ground turkey 99% fat free
    1 15oz. can black beans
    1 15oz. can pinto beans
    2 15oz. cans red kidney beans
    1 15oz. can tomato sauce
    1 medium sweet onion
    1 pkg. McCormick tex-mex chili seasoning mix
    Fat free cooking spray

Directions

Spray saucepan with cooking spray and heat, chop onion cook until opaque.
Add turkey and 1 cup of water and cover. Steam turkey until done make sure you break turkey up while it cooks. Strain excess water from turkey and onion after it is cooked. Put beans in a colander and rinse before adding to turkey meat. Mix in seasoning and tomato sauce and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
