Ingredients


    Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp

Directions

-Heat oven to 350 degrees
-Slice potatoes
-Add olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder
-Mix all of the ingredients and make sure the seasoning is distributed evenly.
-Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
-Bake fries for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
-Serves 3 people.
