    1 cups water
    1/4 cup diced red pepper
    1/3 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup dried walnuts
    2T balasamic vinegar
    2T olive oil
    2T honey


cook quinoa in water. Add pepper, onion, cranberries and walnuts. stir with dressing and chill
