    4 packets of regular (plain) instant oatmeal
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1/2 cup almond meal
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup plain, fat-free or low fat yogurt
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup peeled and cubed apples


1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Empty 2 packets of oatmeal and the almonds on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, or until toasted. Place in medium bowl.
3. In a food processor, process remaining 2 packets of oatmeal and the almond meal until fine. Add to bowl. Add wheat flour, and next 4 ingredients (through salt). Stir with whisk to combine.
4. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, and apple pieces.
5. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until combined.
6. Spray a square, glass baking dish with non-stick spray and spread mixture evenly into dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
7. Cut into 12 equal pieces. Let cool. Bars can be stored in an airtight container for 3 days.
