preheat oven to 350 degrees
brown meat w/onion and spice to taste
add tomatoes and puree
meanwhile boil noodles
mix cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl
put noodles in a 8x13 pan top w/meat sauce then cream cheese mix and top with shredded cheeses
cook for 20 mins
