Number of Servings: 6


    1-2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    Half brick of reduced fat cream cheese
    Small bag of frozen corn
    1 can of black beans (drained, rinsed)
    1-2 cups of salsa (your preference)


Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low for six hours. Stir occasionally. As chicken cooks, break apart with your stirring utensil. (Should create a shredded chicken look when it's all done.)

The recipe yields six plentiful servings which are great over rice, quinoa, etc. Enjoy!
