Ingredients

    large egg
    .5 c canola oil
    .25 c olive oil
    pinch of salt
    dash of cayenne
    .25 tsp mustard powder
    assorted fresh herbs
    artificial sweetener
    three cloves of garlic
    .125 c wine vinegar
    .125 c balsamic vinegar

Directions

Place in blender the egg, vinegar and spices (not the herbs)
Start blender and slowly add the oils. Blend until thick. Add herbs.
Place in sealed jar and refigerate until needed.
