Introduction

Ingredients

    1lb lean Ground beef
    1 Onion, chopped
    1 large baby zucchini, sliced
    1 cup chopped bell peppers (green, yellow, orange and/or red)
    10 (8oz) fresh Mushrooms
    3-4 Celery stalks, chopped
    1 sm can Diced Tomatoes (540ml or 2 cups)
    1 sm can Tomato Paste (156ml or 0.6 cups)
    1 sm can Tomato Sauce (213 or 0.85 cups)
    1 container Spaghetti Sauce (about 700ml)
    1 tsp Sugar
    2 tsp Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Basil
    1 tsp Thyme
    1 tsp dry mustard powder
    1 tsp Pepper
    1 tsp Chili powder
    2 tbsp minced Garlic (2-3 cloves)

Directions

- Fry onion until almost cooked and then add meat until fully cooked.
- Drain fat and place in slowcooker
- Add all other ingredients

Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8.
