Ingredients

    1 tbsp unsalted butter
    1/2 cup brown rice syrup (could use agave, honey or maple syrup)
    1/2 cup almond butter
    2 cups BROWN crisp rice cereal (I used Nature's Path organic)
    4 scoops chocolate whey protein powder (I used Kaizen, all natural)

Directions

In a large saucepan, melt the margarine over medium heat. Add almond butter and brown rice syrup. Let ingredients get warm and gooey.
Add cereal and protein powder. remove from heat. Mix well. Mixture will seem slightlycrumbly.
Press into a lightly greased 8 inch square pan. Press down firmly.
Chill in refridgerator then cut into bars.
