Ingredients

    * Garlic Salt
    * Black Pepper
    * Minced Garlic
    * Olive Oil (extra light tasting)
    * Barilla PLUS Multigrain Rotini
    * Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Directions

1. Fill a pot between halfway and three-fourths of the way with water.
2. Add some minced garlic and set burner on High.
3. After the water comes to a boil, add some olive oil to the pot and dump in the Rotini.
4. Stir frequently, for about 7-8 minutes or until cooked.
5. When finished, turn off heat and remove the pot from the burner.
6. Drain the pasta and with a colander and set aside.
7. Add some olive oil to the bottom of the pot and season with black pepper and garlic salt.
8. Transfer the pasta back to the pot while slowly stirring in olive oil until lightly coated.
9. Toss pasta with plenty of grated Parmesan cheese.
