Ingredients

    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1/3 c. Minute Tapioca
    2 lbs. diced chuck roast
    1 c. celery (diced)
    1 c. frozen cut corn
    2 c. frozen snap beans
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. beef bouillon powder
    2 Tbsp minced onion or 1/2 c. rough chopped onion

Directions

Combine all and toss into the crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours.

Today I browned the meat because it was still very cold and I got started late. Enjoy!
