Ingredients

    *1 banana, sliced 1/2" thick
    *1 cup of frozen raspberries
    *1/2 cup low- or nonfat yogurt
    *1 cup low- or nonfat milk
    *2 - 3 Tbsp tahini

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Makes two 8-oz servings.
