Introduction

Preheat oven to 325. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.

In a large bowl, mix everything except the nuts and coconut together. After mixed well, add any "additions" you so choose (nuts, coconuts, dried fruit, etc).

Scoop everything onto the cookie sheet and spread evenly. They can be as thin or as thick as you like, just adjust the servings accordingly for an accurate calorie count. Cook for 20 minutes. Let cool outside the oven for 10 minutes, cut, and leave until completely cool. They should be cool prior to packaging or serving so the sticky liquids can set.

    3/4 Cup Whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    4 tbsp Coconut (for less calories use unsweetened)
    1/4 C Apple Sauce (for less calories use unsweetened)
    1 tsp vanilla whey
    1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
    1 tbsp lite maple syrup
    2 oz peanuts (optional, can add different items if you so choose)
