Introduction

Ingredients

.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread, softened
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/8 tsp Pepper, black pepper
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp Onion powder
1/8 Celery Salt
4.5 tsp Honey Mustard
Frozen tilapia fillet - 1 fillet approx 3.5/4 oz, 6 serving
Directions
Makes 6 servings.
Mix together all ingredients except fillets. Set aside.
Place fillets on baking sheet and put under broiler for about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from oven and flip. Spoon mixture onto the fillets and return to broiler for 3 to 4 minutes or until edges are crispy and tops are golden. Fish will be firm to the touch. Do not over cook or the fish will be dry.
