    15 Corn tortillas
    8 oz Shredded cheese
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup Skim milk
    1 can green chiles
    2 cooked chicken breasts
    1 can enchilada sauce
    2 cups rice (cooked)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine rice, soup, milk and chiles. Pour 1/4 of sauce on bottom of pan. Place 5 tortillas on the top. Layer 1/2 of soup mixture on top of tortillas. Place one breast of cutup chicken on top. Spread 1/2 cup cheese on top. Repeat layers once more. Finish with layer of tortillas, the rest of the enchilada sauce and cheese.
