Number of Servings: 12


    2 c. fat free pretzels, crushed
    1/4 c. fat free butter (I can't believe...squeeze)
    8 oz. fat free cream cheese
    2- 10oz. pkg frozen strawberries or 2 c. fresh
    2 small pkgs sugar free strawberry jello
    5 pkgs sugar substitute
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 cup fat free cool whip


Mix 1-1/3 cup boiling water with jello and set aside. (keep an eye on this so it doesn't set too quickly.)

Mix pretzels w/ butter and spread in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and set aside.

Beat cream cheese and sugars until smooth. Fold in cool whip, then spread over pretzel crust. Add the thawed, sliced strawberries to the jello, spread on top of the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate.
