    4 medium potatoes cut bite size
    4 medium carrots cut bite size
    1.25 c. chopped onion
    8 chicken thighs bone and skin removed cut bite size
    2 c. hot water
    1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp dry thyme


Layer potato, carrot and onion into a slow cooker. Lay chicken thighs on top. Stir next ingredients together in a bowl and pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on low for 9 to 10 hours or high for 4.5 to 5 hours. Serves 8 1cup servings
