    1 Medium head of cabbage, chopped
    2 small zucchini, sliced
    1 cup water
    1 tsp salt


Put all ingredients into a large pot. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat , cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Turn several times during cooking. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
