Ingredients

    1 Tbls. olive oil
    2 Tbls. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 sprigs fresh Thyme
    10 sprigs fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
    1 Tbls. fresh Rosemary minced
    dash cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash salt
    dash black pepper
    8 oz. chicken breast
    2 roasted red bell peppers, sliced into strips
    Tandoori Garlic Naan Flatbreads
    4 Tbls. Kraft Light Ranch Dressing
    1/2 c. lettuce, shredded
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    2 Tbls. shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in large ziplock bag. Add chicken breast and let marinate for at least 1 hour. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium high - sprayed with nonstick spray. Cook chicken until done. Slice chicken into thin strips.
Heat flatbread per package stovetop directions. While bread is still warm, layer chicken, roasted bell pepper, onion, lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing. Fold sandwich and enjoy. Makes 2 sandwiches.
