    1 c brown rice
    1 c water
    1 c reduced sodium chicken broth
    3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    3 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1/2 tsp hot sauce
    2 tsp chopped garlic
    6 oz snap peas
    1 lb shrimp
    1/2 c green onion tops
    tsp almonds


Cook rice in broth & water for 30 minutes.

Boil peas and shrimp for 2 minutes each.

Cut green onion tops diagonally.

Combine rice, shrimp, peas, green onion, almonds, and remaining ingredients. Toss well.
