Ingredients

    3/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup shredded lowfat (2%) cheese of choice
    2 Tbsp toasted sliced almonds (or other nuts)
    2-4 Tbsp fresh herbs of choice
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    other seasonings as desired

Directions

You can change this up so many different ways. Try swiss cheese with dill and chives; or mozzarella with basil and oregano, and walnuts instead of almonds; or a blend of cheddar and jack seasoned with chili powder. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination. Wrap in a tortilla or flatbread or spread on some bread or a bun and add your favorite fixins. Makes 2 approximately 1/2 cup servings.
