Introduction

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups shredded chicken from a rotisserie chicken
    2 Bricks of Low fat Cream Cheese
    1 Cup of Fat Free Ranch dressing
    1 1/2 Cups Kraft Free Cheddar Cheese
    3/4 Cups Frank's Hot Sauce

Directions

Heat chicken and hot sauce in a pan on the stove. Once warm add cream cheese and ranch and stir and cook until all is melted and has an even consistency. Add half of the shredded cheese to mixture than move to crock pot/slow cooker. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and keep on low until dip is bubbly.

I usually use more of the shredded cheese stirred in rather than sprinkled on top. It can also be placed in a baking dish and baked instead of crock pot, I just find this easier.

This always feeds tons of people and doubling the recipe is a good fit for large crock pots and will be plenty for more than double the people.
