    Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz
    Sweet peppers (bell), 6 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Light Ragu No Sugar Added Tomato & Basil, 3 cup
    Brown Basmati Rice - 3/4 Cup Cooked, 2 serving


Cook rice as indicated on packaging, set to side

Cut/trim peppers and remove seeds, veins, and guts. Boil peppers for 5-6 minutes

Brown turkey in pan with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper, drain grease, add 1 cup sauce and simmer, add rice and heat through.

Stuff peppers with filling and place in cooking sprayed baking dish.

Place 1/2 slice of cheese on top of each pepper

Bake for 45 minutes, uncover for 15 minutes or until cheese is brown.
