Ingredients


    * Chicken Breast, no skin,12 ounces
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .25 cup
    * Parkay, Light Original Spread Margarine, 1 Tbsp, 4 serving
    * *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1.5 cup
    * **Kroger Mozzarella Fat Free Shredded Cheese, 0.25 cup
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup

Directions

Cut breasts into 4 pieces, dip boneless, skinless chicken breast in egg then bread crumbs, fry until brown- about 3 min each side. Spoon sauce over chicken - cover and cook for about 10 min. Sprinkle top with parmesan mixed with the shredded mozz. cheese. cover and cook about 5 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
