Introduction
With the eggwhites and carrots these burgers keep their moisture content. Ummmm juicy! Add 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms to add more moisture and still low calories. Ingredients

Jennie-O EXTRA Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz (Whole Pkg)
Oats - Old Fashioned - dry, 1/2 cup
Liquid Egg Whites, 1/3 cup (= to 2 real egg whites)
Mrs. Dash Table Blend 1 tsp
Morton Light Salt, 1/2 tsp
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
Green Peppers, fresh 2 tbsp chopped
Parsely-Fresh Chopped 1/2 cup
Baby Carrots, raw, 5 medium, shredded finely
Olive Oil Spray to coat broiler pan
Directions
Turn oven broiler on high. Move rack up to under broiler. Add some water to bottom of broiler pan, spray top slotted area with olive oil spray.
Mix all ingredients together by hand and form into 7 patties or 15 meatballs. Put on prepared broiler pan and broil for approximately 5-7 minutes, flip over and broil an additional 5 minutes.
*IMPORTANT-Since this is poultry, do make sure to check that the meat is thouroughly cooked after this time, if not give it a few more minutes.
Makes Approx Seven-4 1/4 oz burgers or Fifteen 2 oz meatballs.
Serving size is 1 burger or 2 meatballs.
