    1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
    2 Cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1 Tsp Double Acting Baking Powder
    1/4 Tsp Salt

    1/2 Cup Firm Tofu
    1/2 Cup Agave Nector

    Peanut Butter
    1 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1/2 Cup Canola Oil
    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract


Add Oats to Food Processor and pulse 5 to 6 times.
Add Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, Baking Powder & Salt and pulse a few more times to combine. Remove to large bowl.

Add tofu & agave nector to food processor and pulse until smooth.

Add Peanut Butter, Sugar, Canola Oil & Vanilla Extract. Mix until smooth.

Slowly add flour mixture until incorporated. Turn back into bowl and roll into two dozen 40g balls.

Place on parchment lined cookie sheet and press with fork to make criss cross patterns. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
