    1 T peanut oil
    16 oz Tofu Shirataki Noodles, spaghetti shape
    2.5 C shredded cabbage
    1 carrot, grated
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp ginger, grated
    1 tsp chili sauce
    1 T soy sauce


Rinse shirataki noodles in several changes of water. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave drained rinsed noodles for one minute. Rinse again and lay out on paper towels to further drain liquid. Set aside.

Heat a wok or large non stick skillet over high heat. Add peanut oil, cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger and chilli sauce. Cook, stirring frequently, until cabbage looks wilted. Add noodles and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 more minutes, until noodles are heated thru. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and additional salt if needed.

Makes four servings.
