Directions
Clean the garlic and saute the clove left whole with the olive oil. When brown, add the tomato paste and then the water. Bring to a boil and add the garbanzo beans. Let simmer for about 60 minutes. To make it creamy, put some of the chick peas in a blender and mush them. Pasta can be added before serving. Serves 2.
