    2 Cans Tomato Soup
    1 Package Ground Turkey Breast
    1/2 Onion, Chopped
    2 tsp. garlic, minced
    3 Potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 Can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    Salt and Pepper


Preheat oven to 375. Coat casserole dish with cooking spray. Brown turkey with onion and garlic.
Arrange potatoes in the casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Spread 1/2 can of tomato soup over potatoes. Top with ground turkey mixture. Next add the beans. Season again with salt and pepper. Cover with the remaining 1 and 1/2 cans of tomato soup. Cover and cook for 1.5 hours.
Top each serving with low fat shredded cheddar cheese. (Not calculated in calorie total.)
