Introduction

Ingredients

    Fruit Salad:
    2 Small bananas
    3 Small Granny Smith Apples
    2 Tbsp Golden Raisins
    2 Tbsp Pecans, roasted then chopped
    Glaze:
    3 Tbsp Smuckers Splenda Strawberry Jam
    Dash of Lime Juice
    Splash of Water to Dilute

Directions

In a large bowl, add bananas cut in round slices to a thickness of your liking. Wash and dry apples, then quarter them and remove core. Cut apple quarters into thin slices and add to bananas. Add raisins and chopped pecans (roasted adds a bit more flavor). In a separate bowl, add strawberry jam, dash of lime juice to taste and a splash of water to dilute glaze (choose a consistency to your liking). Pour glaze over fruit and mix until well incorporated.
