    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup chopped green onions or scallions
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    thai seasoning or chinese seasoning...your choice


cook in a 12inch skillet. with 2 tsp of cooking oil.
Cook one side for 5 minutes and then flip and cook other side for an additional 5 minutes.
Cook on med/high heat
