    2 Eggs
1 16 oz tub of Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 Green Giant Creamed Spinach Cooked
1 Jar of Newman's Own Spaghetti Sauce
2 C Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    35 Jumbo Pasta Shells
    Garlic Powder
Essence of Emeril Seasoning (or your own)
    Italian Seasoning

Boil the shells, while that is boiling, mix your cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 1 C mozz, seasonings to your taste (I use essence of emeril and italian seasoning and garlic powder), most of the spinach package that has been cooked.

When shells are done, drain, and stuff shells, place on a glass dish that has spaghetti sauce spread on the bottom. Put in about 2-3 TBS of mixture, face up in pan. Pour the rest of the sauce on shells, then sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Spray tin foil w/ pam then cover dish w/ tin foil. Cook 30 min on 350!
