Introduction

Savory and light side dish that you can add to just about anything. Savory and light side dish that you can add to just about anything.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    -1 Tbsp butter or veggie oil
    -salt/pepper to taste
    -2 cloves garlic
    -1 red/white onion
    -1 small zucchini
    -1 small yellow zucchini
    -2 small summer squash
    (Feel free to mix and mash the squash per taste and color).

Directions

In a medium skillet, saute garlic and onions in 1 tbsp butter on medium/low heat. Add squash and saute until tender. Enjoy!
