    * *brocolli, 200 gram
    * Onions, raw, 1 large
    * *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    * *Homemade Chicken Broth, 4 cup
    * *Cheese - Creamy Blue Vein, 50 gram
    Margarine spread or butter 1 tbs


Chop onion and saute in butter/spread, till softened add cubed potato and broth, boil gently tillpotato is cooked, add brocolli and continue boiling gently for about 5 minutes. Process all in blender add 1/4 the blue vein cheese. Reheat then serve with the remaining cheese crumbled on top.
