Ingredients

    3/4 cup arrowhead mills multigrain pancake mix
    2 tablespoons bobs red mill flax seeds, ground in spice grinder
    1 scoop EAS vanilla protein powder
    1 cup blue diamond almond milk
    1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

In mixing bowl, Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly.
Add wet ingredients.
Let sit a couple minutes while heating up pancake griddle to 350 degrees farenheit.
cook pancakes 6 at a time turning after lightly brown on one side.
Serve with your favorite fruit (optional) and syrup (optional).
