    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 cup diced onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 can peas
    1 cup rice


Brown the ground beef. Add onions and celery and cook until slightly soft. Add the two cans tomato soup. Drain half the liquid from peas and add to the mixture. Simmer for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook rice according to directions. Serve mixture over rice. Yum! Makes 6 1.5 cup servings (or so).
