Introduction

Whole grain breakfast w/ lots of fiber and goodness to fight off colds and flu. Whole grain breakfast w/ lots of fiber and goodness to fight off colds and flu.

Ingredients

    2 c Rolled Grains (oats)
    1 c Oat Bran
    1/4 c dried fruit (apricots)
    1/2 c sunflower seeds
    1/2 c raw nuts (no peanuts)
    1/2 c lecithin granules
    1/2 c ground flax seed meal
    1/2 c milk thistle seed (not incl in calorie breakdown)

Directions

Grind Milk Thistle Seed in blender til VERY FINE!

Combine all ingredients into airtight container and store in refrigerator.

Place 1/2 cup of mix into bowl and cover with milk, soy milk, or water. Let sit for 30 minutes. DO NOT COOK. Add sweetener, fresh fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, or nutmeg to taste. ENJOY!!!
