Just entering this to make my dinner entry more simple. I used 4 cans to make this. Trader Joe's is where I bought them. I buy organic when I can. High high high fiber. Ingredients

    Trader Joe's Brand

    2 cans Organic Vegetarian Chili
    1 can organic Black Beans
    1 can White Beans (organic if possible)

Directions

Open and heat in a pot on medium heat, stirring here and there. Add lean beef, turkey, or chicken if desired.
