*Atlantic salmon stir fry strips - 5 lbs (about 4 oz per burger)
150 grams spinach, chopped (about 1 tbsp per burger)
300 grams feta cheese (Canadian is best less strong or salty) (about 1 tbsp per burger)

For 1 burger:
Chop the salmon by hand and place in a mixing bowl with the spinach and cheese.
Mix together and form patties, approximately 104-170 g each. Oil the grill and place burgers on the grill at a medium low temperature. Cook with the lid up, until cooked then flip once onto a clean part of the grill for a total of 8- 10 minutes. If you squeeze the burger and no liquid comes out then they are done.
*You can substitute tilapia, halibut, haddock or sea bass for the salmon. Atlantic same is moister than other salmons and the center of the salmon is most moist.
